The Benefit of Auto Suggestion

This is the medium for influencing the subconscious mind. There are no limits to the mind except those we acknowledge. Both poverty and riches are the offspring of thought.

Auto-suggestion and subliminal are terms which apply to all suggestions and all self-administered stimuli which reach one's mind through the five senses. It is the agency of communication between that part of the mind where conscious thought takes place, and that which serves as the seat of action for the subconscious mind.
That is where the issues of positive confession or affirmations come from. Some practice such not knowing what really happens as they do that. We learn from the Bible that whatever you say with your mouth matters. The Bible states that death and life are in the power of the tongue. So use your tongue profitably.
