Ben Kesp Writers Hub Update
It has been a busy year for the Ben Kesp Writers Hub and it celebrated its 8th anniversary last month. Part of the commitment this year was to develop the hub further as a place for writers to gain access to writing guides, info graphics, websites/platforms, exercises, book links and workshops.?The development of the newsletter here on LinkedIn has also been a part of it.? I wish to thank everyone for their continued support and hope that you are finding the articles informative and useful on a bi-weekly basis. So, what is happening over the next six months? Let us look:
New Book – Writer Book Series
The 10th of January will see the publication of the first book in the Writer Book Series, called “Develop the Craft of Writing” a practical hands-on starter guide to develop and sharpen the craft of writing, while exploring the building blocks of constructing a novel, setting scenes, developing a character, and the elements of good story telling. Deep dive into the fundamentals of screenwriting, feature, and memoir writing. The book will include activities and exercises to hone your craft, propelling you on your writing journey.
Writing Workshops
From January to May, there will be three online workshops:?
Join me to discuss the concepts of constructing a novel, designing fantasy worlds to walking through the publishing process with you.? These are intensive, yet practical learning workshops.
New Content
Resources, help guides, exercises are all important for the writer in you.? The Ben Kesp Writers Hub will be adding more content in 2025, expanding its library of content, from suggested reading guides, convention links, writing competitions, submission options, and more!
I look forward to interacting with you as we prepare to move into 2025. Reflect on why you want to write. What is it that you want to express? Be true to yourself, and, most importantly, enjoy the experience of writing.
