Belzona Launches Charity Initiative: 'Global Reach, Local Impact’
Belzona has proudly launched a brand new three-year charity initiative to its global network of 160 Distributors based across 120 countries. Commencing on the International Day of Charity on September 5th, the initiative, ‘Global Reach, Local Impact’, invites Distributors to support local causes through a variety of charitable activities. ?
Sharing Belzona’s Success with the Wider Community ?
Commenting on the initiative, Mr Barry Nisill, CEO at Belzona Limited said: “We are delighted to officially launch this three-year initiative within our Distributor Network. Belzona has experienced considerable growth and success over the past seven decades. As we thrive as a business, we see it as our responsibility to share this success with the wider community. This is why we would like to invite our valued Distributors and their teams to get together and use their resources to support a local cause in whatever way they can. Big or small, we look forward to seeing some fantastic charitable contributions over the next three years.”
2024/2025 Theme: International Poverty
A different theme will be set each year, with this year’s being ‘international poverty’. Distributors are invited to volunteer, fundraise or donate to local causes that embody this theme. This could include activities such as organising a sponsored walk, a bake sale or offering pro bono Belzona work. The 2024/2025 initiative will run for eight months, finishing on Thursday 5th June 2025.

Supporting Local Communities Around the World
Historically, the Belzona community has participated in many charitable activities over the years. Over in Thailand, staff members donated various items such as food, books, electronic devices and clothes to a local Charity in Pattaya. In the UK, staff members raised £2,500 for Cancer Research UK?and the?White Rose Forest by walking 24.5 miles (39.4 km) as part of the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge.
‘Integrity’ Sits at the Heart of Belzona
At the crux of this initiative is one of Belzona’s core values: ‘integrity’. We pride ourselves on upholding the highest ethical standards, which extends beyond our business practices to the charitable work we do within the wider community. As such, the new initiative is in place to further uphold this core value through the various charitable activities our Distributor Network will participate in within their local communities.
