Belly Button (Nabhi)

 All the regions of the body are important, but the most important and also the most abused is the navel or solar plexus.

The life-energy is available to it through the navel – the heart and the brain develop later on. The life-energy of the mother becomes available to the child through the navel. From early childhood, all education is an education of the brain; there is no education of the navel anywhere in the world. Our belly button (NABHI) is an amazing gift given to us by our creator.

All our veins are connected to our belly button which makes it the focal point of our body. Belly button is life itself! The belly button which has 72,000 plus veins over it. The total amount of blood vessels we have in our body are equal to twice the circumference of the earth. Belly button is life itself! 

 Whenever there is a danger to life, the first tremors are felt at the navel because the navel is the centre of life. The tremors will not happen anywhere else. The sources of life are connected from there, and because our attention is not at all on the navel, man is left hanging in a limbo.

At night before bed time, put 3 drops of pure ghee or coconut oil in your belly button and spread it 1 and half inches around your belly button.

 At night before bed time, put 3 drops of castor oil in your belly button and spread it 1 and half inches around your belly button.

 c..Shivering & lethargy

 At night before bed time, put 3 drops of mustard oil in your belly button and spread it 1 and half inches around your belly button.

 d..Stomach ache  in child

When a baby has a stomach ache, we normally mix asafoetida (Hing) and water or oil and apply around the naval. Within minutes the ache is cured.

 Drop few drops onto navel and massage it before going to sleep.
