Continuing our journey of prioritizing community engagement and philanthropy, Ardor strode into the first round of 2024 with fiery commitment. Building upon the foundation laid in the previous quarter, we took on initiatives and partnerships driven by our ethos of empowerment & advocacy.

2024 - Year of the Word "Believe"

In 2024, our chosen word of the year is "Believe." This powerful mantra encapsulates our collective faith in the positive impact we can make in the lives of others. It serves as our guiding principle, asking us to believe in the potential for change, improvement, and hope through our endeavors.

Highlights from Q1 - 2024

- January: ?Ardor Health continued its partnership with Toys for Tots, solidifying our annual commitment to spreading joy to children in need during the holiday season.

- February: The month of love. Our affections were dedicated to a few worthy causes. ?Our team sent troves of heartfelt Valentine's cards to children at St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Additionally, in solidarity with women's cardiovascular health, we participated in AHA’s ‘National Wear Red Day’ with the utmost spirit.

- March: ?Ardor Health celebrated National Puppy Day by honoring our furry friends, both new & old through a dedicated fundraising page with proceeds going directly to Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Our local team also had the opportunity to celebrate the occasion hands-on as we spent a Saturday afternoon with a pack of the Humane Society’s 4-legged adoptable residents.

Employee Involvement

In Q1, our Tampa Sales Team demonstrated motivational dedication via donating their time to local organizations. Meanwhile, our remote team actively supported our local efforts, showcasing a collective commitment to community impact. As Ardor Health evolves further as a remote organization, we plan to establish local hubs of team members nationwide to amplify the Ardor Angel reach beyond Florida.

Future Plans & Conclusion

Looking ahead, Ardor Health remains steadfast in our commitments to positive change. Presently, we plan to continue our assistance with the FCDP within April. Following that, our efforts include providing resources to uplift the next generation of healthcare professionals. As we scale and expand our reach, we aim to continue down avenues scoping out initiatives that align with our mission & values.
