??Believe in You, High-Five Yourself

Life is not about good or bad. There are just lessons and progress! If you are a learner, you’ll integrate all the feedback, learnings, and setbacks. Give thanks!

Believing in yourself is the ultimate superpower. But, it can be very challenging. Even when others believe in you, it will never be enough and matter compared to your own self-believe. You have to believe in yourself first! You are a superhero, a champion, and you take risks. You have to build your self-worth through hardship.

Don’t tolerate your negative behavior. At the same time, be kind to yourself. It’s up to you to create your inner safe harbor based on reality, utilized failures, disappointments, and setbacks, and try yet positive attitude.

Many times, you’ll fail and will need guidance. It means being open and admitting our mistakes.

Every hero has a great unwritten story. The story we tell ourselves is essential. It will dictate where we end up. Every hero learns and grows, and every situation provides an opportunity to learn, and fulfill that story, that dream.

Your brain is plastic, and you can shape it to your liking are like sponges and inhale all the information. Beyond learning, you have to embody the lessons and practice just like ninja warriors practicing acceptance 1000 times.

To become receptive, you need to be open. You must flow with the rough river. You practice and grow into someone who can take any hit and still keep moving ahead.

“Nobody is gonna hit as hard as life, but it ain’t how hard you can hit. It’s how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. It’s how much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!” — Rocky Balboa

??Follow the pain — The body tries to avoid pain. It tries to keep you out of trouble, physically and emotionally. We are built in a strange way to deal with disappointment. We hate to be hurt and let down. Despite that, true heroes show their emotions and shine their light no matter what. They are true to their principles.

Society might dictate that you behave like a machine, but perhaps, it’s just in your head, and opening up can change your life. Sometimes, you mask your pain not to show fear, disappointment, or sadness. Staying hard and not crying when a loved one dies. Decide to open your eyes and take the red pill. Like in the matrix, you wake up to the world’s beauty, empathy, and awe.

Many of you want to stay asleep, just to avoid the reality. You don’t want to be awakened to the pain and blinding and sometimes overwhelming emotions. It’s easier to live and pretend to be oblivious.

You don’t deal with your inner pain and suffer the consequences of figuring out how to deal with it later. You go through life with disappointment and carry the baggage that drags you down.

There are different stages in life when you might be less or more receptive. It’s OK. Just make sure to utilize the lessons later on. You are not too late to the game.

To be great at what you are doing, you’ll have to dive into your life’s mishaps, disappointments, and tragedies. Ultimately, they make you more of who you are, not less. The scars genuinely display your character, and your best sides will shine and inspire others. Whether through the power of cognitive behavior therapy, a life coach, or just journaling, do whatever it takes to process your emotions, and make sense of your life.?

??Cherish the pleasure — your body tries to lead you towards what makes you feel good. But that’s also not always a good thing. Overeating chocolate, drinking too much alcohol, or taking drugs, might make you feel good now, but you’ll suffer the consequences later.

Of course, you should enjoy those sunsets, embrace a loved one, and get a pat on the shoulder after a well-done job. But, know that these things will pass as well. Find your center, and take care of the fire burning inside. Life flows, and we with it.

Your pleasure should be in being a learner, never giving up, lifting others, and making a difference. Your drive needs to be built on solid ground. When you are consistent yet flexible, you start reaping the highest reward and benefits for your effort.

It does not mean not enjoying things that life provides but not being dependent on it and not on the pain that life inherently brings. Become a sponge, keep what you need, and squeeze out what you don't. Mold yourself into the best version, squeeze by squeeze.

?Inhale life and breath in gratitude

Balance — When you learn to walk, it’s all about balance. First, it seemed impossible, and you needed the help of your parents and friends to hold you and catch you when you fell. You ran home to mom crying with a scratched hand, and while she was mending you, you feel the courage summoned, and you go and try again.?:-)

Eventually, pain becomes pleasure as you rise to the occasion, stronger, wiser, and learn to walk, talk, trust your gut, and fall in love with obstacles. Eventually, you know to navigate the waters and fall wisely. That’s what makes us courageous and strong to venture and try again and again.

Today is another opportunity to trust your instincts to follow what truly serves to develop a resilient character. Yes, you’ll need the advice of the wise to validate your decisions, then implement, and then practice.

AND it’s your journey and yours alone.

What makes your heart sing might not make others sing. Follow that calling and your heart into the depths of pain and pleasure. Craft a strong compass to lead you into the best version of the person you want to become.

Remind yourself daily! :-)

1. You were born for beauty and magic. Never forget that many people around you have forgotten the keys to living. That’s what’s life really about to bring out more of your gifts. You were born to make a difference and make others aware again.

2. Remember to seek balance. You can learn from any situation, everybody, and everything. There will be periods in life when you go out of balance but remember. Life is not just one area. It's mastering multiple areas well.

3. Build yourself up! Put on the armor of kindness, wings of positive attitude of a spartan warrior, and you’ll win the battle of life! You have to be saying no to your weaknesses each day, and yes to the adventure, living behind your comfort zone.
