Believe In The You That Believes In The Developer In You

On this journey of mine, I have met quite a few people who second guess their abilities when they meet people who can do more or know about some technology they can't seem to grasp. Over time they become less interested in community until one day I realize they stopped software to drive a taxi or something.
You can't master everything, but you should master something. You don't have to learn the latest React framework, block-chain tech or how to build a robot from scratch. No one does, anyone who suggests different is a liar or delusional.
Find the things you are interested in or good at and learn the hell out of it. It helps if you can improve your quality of life purely by the skills you acquire.
When you meet people who have talents or skills you don't posses, don't disappear! Engage them, befriend them, share with them and suck every piece of knowledge up they are willing to offer!
Provided they don't have an ego problem. In those cases encourage them to self reflect.
