Two decades ago I got lucky and ended up with a boss that taught me the power of belief. Not through PowerPoints, behavior models, or constantly tossing out catch phrases. Rather through constant support, encouragement, self sacrafice, and challenging me to be more. This week I was retaught this lesson by three exceptional individuals who took a chance on the impossible and delivered. Thank you Shayne Messerly, Aghogho Ekpruke and Eric Agdeppa for reminding me that with belief you can accomplish anything.
