If you, like me, have battled imposter syndrome, taking bold steps becomes twice as challenging. I once hesitated to pursue my passion for business alongside my legal career, convinced that I lacked the confidence to venture beyond the realm of law. Contracts, regulations, and structures were what I knew best, and I couldn't envision myself as an international board member, an investor, an MBA student, or a successful multinational business owner in various sectors. However, my mentor ignited a rapid transformation, challenging me to embrace these opportunities fearlessly.

They possess an intimate understanding of your potential, often more than you can see in yourself. They believe in your brilliance and challenge you to new heights, motivating you to break free from your self-imposed limitations. With their guidance, you'll discover the courage to pursue your dreams, conquer your fears, and embark on paths you once deemed unreachable.

Looking back, I would have never applied for the prestigious LSE program or taken steps to invest in Italy, participate on international boards or explore my dreams in London if not for my mentor's unwavering belief in me. He shattered my limiting beliefs and helped me recognize the vast potential within myself.

Life is rife with distractions, tempting us to pursue quick riches and shortcuts. However, true success lies in the pursuit of knowledge and continuous learning. The path to greatness may be arduous, but it yields invaluable rewards. Every subject, from art and culture to mathematics and philosophy, contributes to the beautiful puzzle of life, enhancing our understanding of the world and our place within it.

Throughout my journey, there were moments when I felt like a child experiencing the pains of physical growth as if my very bones were stretching to accommodate a higher purpose. Just as bones need to ache to grow taller, our careers require discomfort to thrive. Without the guidance of the right mentor, we risk getting stuck in self-doubt and convincing ourselves that we are not good or worthy enough.
