Start a GRATITUDE journal
Recognising and acknowledging what we are grateful for puts us in a higher vibration.
When you do this, you’ll find that you start noticing more things to be grateful for during your day. You will feel more positive, empowered, energised and more things to be grateful for will start coming to you.
It will transform your mindset, improve your mood, create clarity (and so much more)
Putting pen to paper is important. We have 40,000 to 70,000 thoughts each day, writing slows down your thought process, enables you to register what you are thinking and gets you thinking… The activity of writing fires up certain areas in our brain and allows for deeper reflection.
It helps you to slow down and learn to focus on the positive aspects in your life.

Ad campaign started for the free online Masterclass on 18th Sept (details below). I had a wonderful couple of weeks, focusing on work in work time and enjoying proper downtime outside of that (open air theatre watching The Importance of being Ernest, horse races and a polo event). My son Connor went back to Malaga to continue his pilot training, living his dream!
I’m speaking with a lot of people who feel lost, who are at a cross roads. Who are overwhelmed and looking for clarity and direction.
They want to change things but don’t know what or how.
New clients are coming in and changing their lives rapidly. I so love seeing my clients thrive and make amazing positive shifts in their lives.
What about you? Do you have the desire, courage and commitment to really look at yourself and your life? To become clear on what you truly want and then go for it!

?? Your quest for the next two weeks...
Get a nice gratitude journal (A5) and a nice pen.
As early as you can in the morning, write down 5 things you are grateful for. Pick 1 or 2 and appreciate yourself within that.
As close as possible to going to sleep, write down 10 things you are grateful for from the day.
Start looking for and pointing out the ‘good stuff’ during the day.
Doing this is the first thing that starts shifting things in a massive way for my clients.
Sound illogical? Do it anyway. Give it 7 days and watch what happens. Then you’ll be more than happy to continue every day.
