Turn difficult into EMPOWERING
Deliberately choose to see everything as 'empowering' rather than difficult. You'll feel waaaay better and it can even become fun!
For instance, if you see a ‘difficult’ discussion as empowering, you go into it with a completely different energy.
And, it IS empowering.
Because you are going to get clarity on the problem, and you are going to empower the other person and yourself to make a decision that will benefit both of you.
When there is clarity, there is scope for clear direction, action and creating the results you want.

Had a wonderful time with my family in Holland. Weather was hot hot hot!
We always spend the beginning of August together for my birthday on 1st and my niece’s on 3rd!
Connor couldn’t be with us this time because he was in Malaga doing part two of his Easyjet pilot training. Most of you know this has been his dream since he was five years old.

The idea would not come up if you didn’t already have everything you need inside of you. You just need to bring it to the surface.

Write down six good things about the situation or person.
Make a point, every time you think of that situation/person to bring to mind the six things and only permit yourself to think of those.
