Belief Coaching challenges your 'lies' to change Behavior
Your belief system drives your behavior. When you believe a 'lie' or false belief your behavior will never change. (Example - "I can drink, drug, eat, sex, spend, gamble... all I want without any consequences"). Almost all bad habits flow out of false beliefs.
If you want to experience lasting change you need to challenge your beliefs.
This list of 99 serious questions represents only a sample of areas where you can improve your life by confronting false beliefs. It is not meant to be inclusive, but rather intended to start a conversation about belief based change. Getting honest about your values will point out areas that need change, and show the need for some outside help from a trusted Coach. Major change requires a major shift in thinking so as you assess these areas take notes to bring them up with your Coach, who can challenge your false assumptions and call you out on inconsistencies between belief and behavior.
Want real change? Ask the hard questions.
Here are 99 to get you started.
