THE PACK has been following the journey of Trevor Motorcycles since their inception. I remember meeting Jeroen-vincent Nagels and Philippe Stella a few years back at a little coffee shop in Antwerp, where they proudly showed me the initial designs for the DTRe Stella. This flat-tracker motorcycle with its minimalist design (crafted by American designer John McInnis, formerly of Alta Motors and now with LiveWire) went into production last year in Belgium.
Establishing a start-up in the emerging e-mobility industry is no small feat, but Trevor Motorcycles remains committed to their vision and future goals. After speaking extensively with founders Jeroen-Vincent and Philippe at our THE PACK Plaza last week, it became evident that both men possess a strong drive to establish their brand on a global scale.
New model "Vince"
Trevor Motorcycles will introduce in 2024 the new DTRe Vince, their latest model following the success of the DTRe Stella. Co-founder Jeroen-Vincent shares, "The Vince takes all the beloved features of our Stella and refines them to create a more affordable option. In the US market, it will be priced at $8,260 (before taxes), while in Europe it will cost €9,950 (including VAT). Pre-orders are now open for 195,00 EUR with expected delivery in fall 2024."
Fellow co-founder Philippe Stella adds, "We have taken the best elements of the Stella and improved upon them to create an affordable masterpiece. We are proud to offer this electric motorcycle for under 10,000 Euros, making it accessible to everyone." He also notes that the DTRe Vince is approved for use in the US market, featuring a foot rear brake to meet American standards. He explains, "This is a significant market for us as they have a strong presence in dirt track and flat track racing."
All new MX model in 2024
Trevor Motorcycles is currently experimenting with high-performance parts in order to produce the ultimate electric motocross bike. Testing has been ongoing, and the team is pleased to announce that soon the first MX prototypes will be shown to the public. While this bike may not be homologated or street legal, it can be utilized in MX championships or on private MX tracks.
Expanding Trevor's dealer network
While other startups are focused on online sales, Trevor Motorcycles is taking a different approach and seeking out dealers worldwide. Their goal is to establish 280 sales points, with 140 in West Europe and the UK and another 140 in the US and Canada. In order to achieve this, Trevor has partnered with THE PACK "Electric Motorcycle News", to reach the specific target group within THE PACK's community and network.

Premium brand
Trevor Motorcycles is actively seeking dedicated dealers to represent and sell their premium brand models, including the street-legal DTRe Stella and Vince, as well as the off-road only DTRe Race and MX.
The company offers an innovative solution for urban transportation with the DTRe Vince and Stella models, and they are also interested in partnering with powersports dealerships that specialize in outdoor extreme sports such as flat track, enduro, motortrial, and MX. Their DTRe Race model and upcoming MX model would be a perfect fit for these types of dealerships.

A better client experience
Jeroen-Vincent believes that the most effective way to introduce electric motorbikes to the public is to let them ride and test them. He has noticed that even die-hard fans of traditional petrol-powered bikes come back from their test rides with a smile on their face. The goal is not to convince people, but simply to give them the opportunity to experience the instant torque and power of electric motorbikes for themselves. This is why Trevor Motorcycles will be hosting special test days for the general public, as well as events specifically for motor journalists.
Philippe explains, "One of the challenges we face is improving the customer experience when delivering our bikes. We understand that we offer unique motorcycles and it is crucial to maintain our brand awareness. Our product is of high quality, so it's important for our corporate identity to reflect that as well. Everything must be consistent and on par with each other."
Customized motorbikes and accessories
Each individual is unique, and Trevor's models are highly adaptable for customizing your body pack or selecting different components. In the near future, a configurator will be available to help you create your own DTRe Stella or DTRe Race. The DTRe Vince will just come in one color scheme. Additionally, Trevor is developing various practical accessories to upgrade your motorcycle.
