Belatrix named the 8th best place to work in Argentina

I’m delighted to be able to announce that for the second year in a row, Belatrix has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Argentina. The recognition is from the well-known independent organization Great Place To Work, which awarded Belatrix 8th place in the category of 250-1000 employees.

The organization Great Place To Work recognizes those companies which have created an excellent workplace culture and provide people with the opportunity to build strong careers. The results are based on a survey of the company’s employees, who can share feedback about their experiences.

This award caps what has been a remarkable year for Belatrix. In April, my co-founders and I were named by the consulting company EY as “Entrepreneurs of the Year”. In November, the company received the prestigious IDEA Award for Enterprise Institutional Excellence. And in the coming weeks Belatrix will be moving to a new headquarters in Mendoza, Argentina, located in one of the iconic buildings of the city. In addition Belatrix will be moving into new offices in Bogotá, Colombia.
