Being you and all things new ??

Hey there! Feeling free to be who we are is so important. Unfortunately, that feeling may be on the decline among employees – new findings indicate workers are less and less comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work. Researchers say better listening, understanding, and convos with managers could stop this trend in its tracks, so let’s give it a shot!

In other news, change seems to be everywhere these days, and workers aren’t too thrilled about it: 44% of HR leaders say change fatigue is a top challenge for 2025. The right comms strategy is key to making changes successful rather than stressful, so I’ve got a template to help you tame your next transition. I’m also excited to share a big update from Interact.

Let’s dive in!

The only constant ??? ??

Unsure professional

While today's organizations increasingly prioritize transformation, employees are making it known that they’re sick of change. Change fatigue is one of HR leaders’ top barriers in 2025, and we'll need strategy, creativity, and leadership support to combat it. Challenge accepted.
