Being wrong is far important than being right?

Recently I was listening to one of the best-selling books by Mark Manson which triggered some of the hidden gems inside me that I knew but couldn't express as loud as this writer did. Here is the small quote;
Instead of looking at how to be right all the time, we should be looking at how to be wrong all the time. Being wrong opens us the possibility to change, the opportunity to grow. Some of the stressful experiences are positive and motivating. We never go from wrong to right, we go from wrong to less wrong. We are always trying to approach perfection, however, we are not reaching it."
??The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a F.ck- Mark Manson
All those years I was trying to be always right and the modern educational scheme was also the main contributor and push factor for us to be right. In contrast, you start to develop perfectionist traits that rely solely on " being always right, being always good". In another word, it doesn't give you space " to fail" "do mistakes" " do wrong" which might increase your chances to improve and work on yourself.
I remember how I first time tried to ride a bike and hit the wall so strong that had an injury for several days. Did I stop trying? did I quit? Nope...I kept trying, doing wrong maneuvers and hit the wall again and again. Not all the time wall but at least 3 times :)
What I'm trying to say that you learn from doing wrong to doing less wrong and you always chase for the right, perfect outcome.
Quite always I am surprised how kids are good in this approach than adults. I do have two ladies, 5 yr and 4 yr old who are constantly learning by doing the things wrong, wrong, and wrong countless times. You know what? With that learning comes a mess, that me and my wife clear up for 2 hours at least which is not giving us mental tiredness except physical. We are happy with what they are doing because that mess is the key approach to learn how to do things less wrong every day.
So as the kids are growing, we tend to lose those skills which are intentionally or unintentionally happening during school, college, and university years. Once we start our career path, here we are, reading self-development books in order to restore those skills that melted during these years and we have been programmed for a corporate culture that intoxicated our mind with " perfectionism".
The skills that we had naturally, ultimately was wiped out. Now on we are paying to the courses, buying those self-development books in order restore what we inherited naturally.
I will pause here for the next chapter of my experiences that I will share later.
