Nicely articulated Dr. VP Rajkumar '. Today’s workforce is completely different in terms of their expectations, capability, social connect and so on. Their basic needs are different when compared to GenX, Y, Z. One point I would like to make it here is, apart for up Skilling and reskilling the existing talent, companies should also invest in Skilling the unemployed youth and create a talent marketplace where experience is not the basic criteria but Skill set is.
