Being Responsible: Makes Your Life Better

In today's business environment sometimes we notice a poor response rate from people and this is of great concern when there is technology enabled to provide real-time and quick instant response rates.

When I see some auto answers from web sites stating that they will come back in 48 hours in just unacceptable to me as this is a long time for a quick 2 seconds responding time.

My issue here is are you responsible.. do you have any ownership to the concern.. are you ready to help respond and make the whole experience more efficient.. I am not sure if this is the same thinking with many others but we see Finance people, Sourcing people and any other customer services that take a long time to respond and many don't even bother to respond making the sender to work on several follow-ups and wasted telephone calls.

Your feedback and answer may be quite simple that is certain to help the other party make some quick and smarter decisions and get the task completed on time.
