Being Physically Unfit Can Have A Negative Impact On Your Business

Most people don't actually realise the impact of not having a regular fitness routine has across other areas of life..

Being physically unfit, out of shape or overweight leads to..

Lack of energy

Poor sleep

Higher stress levels

Which also has a knock on effect on levels of self confidence and outlook on life..

When you are tired and low on energy and stuff at work or at home hits you you don't deal with it as well as you could.

When you are in better physical shape you become more alert, focused and energised..

Most people think they have to spend hours at the gym lifting heavy weights or going out running every day to change their body shape..
