Being A Medium

SO MUCH TO UNPACK HERE TODAY FOR YOU!

I love culminations and high spots in a journey that are recognizable, and today is one of them.

One year ago today, I wrote this.

I just returned home from a week in Seattle where I was training with one of the UK's most loved Mediums. It was an incredible week and worthy of reflecting on, because it is the tail end to a 2-year journey I have been on to

BEING A MEDIUM.

In October 2017, in the middle of my very busy year with a growing business and completely full of 1:1 Clients, I attended a workshop in Los Angeles with a Medium I didn't know, because Spirit told me to go. I actually kept telling myself I would not go, that I was too busy, that I wouldn't pay the final installment and just forego my deposit, and that I would cancel it off my calendar. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEN THAT SOMETHING BIG WAS UP!

The woman began to speak in front of us, and I had this overwhelming feeling, this huge knowing, and this fresh calling that was undeniable and totally illogical to me at the time. Not to mention, it would be inconvenient, and would turn out to be very uncomfortable. THOSE ARE THE VERY THINGS YOU MUST DO!

I had said no to Mediumship for 10 years, and here it was that day showing up and calling me like never before. Not only was I being called to my Mediumship, I knew I was meant to be a Platform Medium, and I wasn't sure how to do that or what it entailed.

I WALK WITH SPIRIT ALWAYS. I TRUST SPIRIT. SO I HAD TO OPEN TO THIS.

By the end of the 4 days, so much was already coming in to meet me that I invested in a year-long mentorship for my Mediumship with this woman, who it turns out is one of the most well known and best Mediums in the world and has been a Medium for 61 years.

SPIRIT KNEW WHERE TO LEAD ME.

Over the past 3 years, I have done what I did to build and grow and evolve my Spiritual Business and myself to Be the person who could BE it, DO it, and HAVE it. I invested in myself consistently through studying and training with some of the world's best Mediums. I traveled both in the US and abroad. I sought out the places these Mediums were. I connected with the history of places like Lily Dale and Arthur Findlay College. Last year, I especially dedicated myself to a full year of study and training and travel, and it was intense. I traveled every month, all while continuing to serve my business and my life.

MY SOUL DESIRED THIS. MY SOUL REQUIRED THIS. I HAD TO RESPOND TO SOUL. MY SOUL WANTED TO GROW AND EVOLVE AND CLAIM THIS.

Do you know what happened? From the onset, during those three years, instead of having less time, less money, less energy, and less resources, I WAS PROVIDED FOR BY SPIRIT MORE THAN ANY OTHER TIME.

A few months after I got home, Spirit impressed upon me to create a retreat that comes from my journey, and I did, the Emerging Medium Retreat: I THINK I'M A MEDIUM! WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Several times last year and this year, I ran an Emerging Medium Incubator online.

All my travel since February was cancelled this year. I created a virtual Psychic Medium Summer School, which we ran with great success.

I have always done this and taught this, when you are a Spiritual Teacher and Leader, your work in the world is to live your journey and share your journey, then reach back and help others get to where you are. You go first. Always.

That is what I did with the Mediumship. I spent 3 years on this journey training professionally as a Medium, fully immersed, and now I can reach back to you and support and guide you through it.

I had always had the gift of Mediumship and had been aware of it for over 10 years, but ??THERE IS AN IMMENSE DIFFERENCE IN HAVING A GIFT THAT COMES TO US AND DEVELOPING THAT GIFT TO USE IT PROFESSIONALLY IN SERVICE TO OTHERS.??

THERE IS SO MUCH INNER GROWTH AND INNER WORK THAT IS REQUIRED, AS WELL.

WHAT'S NEXT FOR ME AND YOU?

I will do what I do best, what is my calling and my purpose. I will lift up Spiritual Teachers and Leaders, those with Spiritual Gifts to bring into the world in service to others, and I will guide and support them into their greatness.

AND I will help them make money doing it!

WHAT I HAVE DONE FOR HEALERS, I WILL DO WITH MEDIUMS.

This year, on my own journey I have been serving Mediums and serving others as a Medium. I got on the Platform and demonstrated my Mediumship.

I moved over the summer back home to Dallas to create a headquarters for the Texas Institute of Mediumship.

I will continue to work with you online, and, when we are able to gather, I will invite you to work with me offline, live.
