Being a Lifelong Learner to Boost Productivity

We're all a work in progress, and productivity is a skill you learn over time. It's never too early (or too late) to become more productive. Online courses are one accessible tool for learning new tips and tricks.

A couple of weeks ago, I shot two new LinkedIn Learning courses at home! These will be my third and fourth courses — one is about taking the best notes and the other is about setting boundaries and saying no. (Stay tuned for them to be released in early 2021.) 

Usually LinkedIn Learning Instructors shoot their courses at LinkedIn’s studios in Carpinteria, CA. But because of the Covid-19 pandemic, that obviously didn’t happen for me. 

Instead they sent me a full studio setup at home for all my courses. 

Yep — camera, teleprompter, lights — the whole thing! (I’m so grateful my husband Jay and I have a background in television production and he was here to help me set it all up!) I also had to learn how to do my own hair and makeup!

I’m so excited to share these two courses with you in the next couple of months.

You don’t need to wait until then to learn with me — I already have two LinkedIn Learning courses out!

One is called “Organizing Your Remote Office for Maximum Productivity.” I go over all the tricks I’ve learned working for myself from home for the past years.

My other course, “The Power of Lists to Get Stuff Done,” is based on my books Listful Thinking and Listful Living. It’s all about how you can use different types of lists to boost your productivity, reduce stress, and adjust to the new WFH normal.
