Leaders motivate and influence those around them. Leader's use tools to bring out the best in those they lead. With that being said, leaders are resolute in undergoing continuous self-development.
Leader's are reflective, when something doesn't go as expected they look at themselves first; thereafter, they contemplate what can be done to mitigate this incident from occurring again in the future. This process is done with the intention of systematic improvement not blame or name calling.
Leader's are concerned about the well-being of the people in their teams, and is reflected in their conduct and daily interactions with them. In short, leadership is selfless service. One does it because they care.
