We need more kindness in the world, right? Michael Neece is doing his part to make that happen. A professional speaker, during our interview we spoke about his speaking business and why kindness is his topic of choice. Be kind to yourself and tune in!
Storytelling during presentations is so helpful in engaging audiences. I made a short video about it. Watch it HERE .
PUBLIC SPEAKING TIP
A caffeine-free tea, such as chamomile or peppermint, can be beneficial before a presentation, as it helps reduce anxiety and keeps your throat hydrated. Herbal teas, especially those with honey, can soothe any scratchiness, helping you maintain a clear voice throughout your talk.
Avoid caffeinated teas close to your speaking time, as caffeine can increase anxiety and dehydrate you, which may cause dryness and nervousness. Sticking with caffeine-free herbal teas can help calm your nerves while keeping you comfortably hydrated.
Until next time.
