  • Know your Customer in 3 key states – Past, Present and Future
  • Understand the end user sentiments of your Customer’s product and service
  • Align your KPI to customers strategy
  • Be a Partner not a Supplier
  • Position Value for the Future – Digital, Data and above all Customer Experience

Invest in Human Capital 

  • Hire for Attitude and have skill/competency complimenting it
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in thought process
  • Develop an ecosystem that promotes upskilling as a culture
  • Reward and Recognize Team Cohesiveness than just Individual Performance

Develop a Brand 

  • Focus should be on building a brand and not just a product/service
  • Practice an agile mindset
  • Embed Innovation into every stage of your organization’s growth trajectory
  • Encourage Risk Taking and Decision Making
