- Reward and Recognize Team Cohesiveness than just Individual Performance
Develop a Brand
- Focus should be on building a brand and not just a product/service
- Practice an agile mindset
- Embed Innovation into every stage of your organization’s growth trajectory
- Encourage Risk Taking and Decision Making
