Being An HR Is Not The Easy Job!

People had always assumed and said that HR's have ample of free time or they don't really work but believe me being an HR is not that easy.

HR not only acts as an intermediate between employees and employer but also represent the company to the stakeholders as any other employee. Salary negotiations are not done by choice but because HR has to save money of the company.

Calling Interviews is not with the choice but HR needs to complete the manpower to avoid delays in work of any other department.

Crediting salary on time is not with choice but an HR's duty

Calling in employee engagement activities to motivate employees when HR's themselves are demotivated most of the time with extra pressure and comparatively lesser pay than others

Preparing appraisal reports and crediting appraisal amounts while themselves waiting for their own appraisals that is the work of an HR

Not only making the employees but the employer happy is not everyone's cup of tea. Believe me it is not an easy job to be an HR..
