Being Happy for no Reason.
Hello friends,
One of the learning from classroom session that I loved the most in a day which i love to share with you. if you like please share for others and see if you can correct me if I am wrong.
When one of the lady said that every night I started asking 6 questions to my daughter out of which 3 will be the best happiest moment in a day that she experienced and 3 moments in a day that she doesn’t like.
I just thought that maximum kids can’t stop themselves while talking good thing in a day, even more than 30 but they will scratch their head while remembering those moment which they don’t like in a day.
But the similar questions if we ask adult then they can’t stop themselves while talking those moment which they don’t like in a day but they will scratch their head while remembering good moments in a day.
Exactly opposite to child.
And I noticed why it is happening because.
Child does not seek happiness in anything he is just happy with whatever is available and gives his 100% while playing with it. so they are just happy for no reasons so they don’t need any reason to be unhappy. They just enjoy the game with their fullest no matter who wins. So we call our childhood is eternal happiness and we always wanted to live our childhood again and again.
1) So here playing makes them happy. And game life is continues. Hence happiness is eternal for child.
But in adult case. We seek happiness in everything. Hence we need reasons to be happy and when we don’t see any reason then it is the reason to be unhappy. So in a game we are more interested in who’s winning and losing and because of this losing factor we never play with our fullest and we never enjoy the game. So we hate being adult because it gives temporary happiness if we win. But we never win all the time.
2) So here results make us happy. And it is not in our favor always. Hence happiness is temporary.
So moral of the story is. In this process from childhood to adult. Everything around us is same or we can say always perfect but the biggest change happens in us that we start looking for a reason to be happy.
So sifting from this to childhood is just be happy for no reason.
