Hello Everyone!

Note: If you don't have a sense of humor and if you can not tolerate the mistakes that newbies like me often do, while writing any kind of articles specially grammatical ones, kindly stop reading right here, right now and find something else to read.

This is my very first article on social media, therefore kindly forgive me if I do any silly or even major mistake while attempting this effort.

So let's talk about title of this article, it's quite lengthy but I think it's relevant. I'm not going to explain this but that's what I believe. Leave your opinion in comments. (Don't be serious I'm just trying to warmup myself so I can start sharing what I wanted to share with you!)

Rather than giving any kind examples from real life or "fictional" "motivational" stories I would like to put my thoughts one by one.

Stop watching those "cinematic" motivational videos.

I know this suggestion is to much on aggressive side! But trust me you don't need anything else if you've got something to do! Why not to focus on it! So if you want to do something, if you desire for something then just start your journey towards your goals. Make sure you're not going to waste your valuable time to find motivation somewhere else, your work should be your motivation. Why I'm suggesting this because these videos makes you feel comfortable and trust me, we might not accept this or notice this, but you'll find yourself watching these kind of video's all the time rather than actually working! Not everyone makes this mistake but people like me often do this! So please beware of it.

At the beginning, focus on learning and not the outcome.

This is the biggest mistake every beginner do! We often focus on outcome rather than learning the skills which eventually will take us to those outcomes! If you're fresher or intern then must put your time into learning the fundamentals and keep them improving.

Keep learning from your mistakes.

Never be afraid of being wrong at the beginning, that's how we learn. Don't be afraid of making mistakes but make sure you won't repeat them. Keep learning from your mistakes and prove that, you've learned from them, by not repeating them! I really wish I could have known the importance of this thought at the beginning of my career!

Be result oriented person.

I believe we should follow this for anything we start with. Don't be a task oriented person, specially if you're working with a team. Completing a task has it's own importance and I'm not underestimating it. But you should not limit yourself for particular task only. Take initiative and put your thoughts as well efforts to achieve individual as well as organizational goals.

Take suggestions only from those who have done something remarkable.

Take suggestions only from those who have tried to do something remarkable and try to learn from their success or failure. The person who haven't done anything in his life can not help you to learn or understand anything.

Stay Focused & Never Give Up!

I really love this statement and this was in my "about" on WhatsApp from last several years. But I recently changed it to the "Urgent calls only" and I stopped extensive use of WhatsApp so I can focus on my job rather than wasting my time into checking other's statuses and keeping eye on how many views I got for my status.

There is not a single person in this world who've achieved something without any hurdle. Progress will never be easy and only the stronger ones will survive. And you've to become strong individually or emotionally as well as professionally so you can achieve your goals.

Note: Please do not criticize me for the below mentioned statements, and don't start yelling that I'm superstitious person.

Listen to your soul & follow your heart.

Never ever hesitate to follow your heart. Listen to your soul while beginning anything. Our true feelings and our soul are older than the history itself and they can not be wrong.

Something worthy to note: In our minds we're always right. So please be a good listener. And if it doesn't hurts and can bring the peace to your life then never hesitate to listen the people who speak for your betterment.

I wanted to make this article as short as possible, but as you can see I've failed to do so. I will avoid this in future.

One more note: These statements are not just a collection of good thoughts and quotes, these are one of those things which I keep learning from my life experiences.
