Being friends with Users-This is where True value Stands
Tonight, my Vietnamese friend will be arriving in Beijing. While chatting with him, he reminded me of the stories 3 years ago.
A young guy, speaks very well Chinese contacted with me, asking whether we could supply CNC plate punching marking machine, for connection plate processing in steel tower industry.
Admired by his fluent Chinese, without any spelling or grammar mistakes, I became interested in this Vietnamese guy. After introduction, I got to know more about him.
Day passes after day, he planned to come to China with company representatives. Meeting with him, a sense of politeness, carefulness and couragement overwhelmed me. Without any language barrier, negotiation has progressed very well. And days later, users posed to sign contract with Supertime, machine was put into production and delivered to Vietnam in advance.
While asking him: “why will you choose Supertime?”
This young guy smiled and replied: “The sincerity and being in user’s position.”
I was deeply touched by his words, engineers went to Vietnam for machine installation and commissioning.
3 years passed quickly. During these years, he posed technical questions, problems, Supertime sales service team always gave troubleshooting and solutions at first time.
Back to today, he expressed willingness for further cooperation. Suddenly a kind of feeling came to my heart: being friends with users, this is where the true value stands!!
