Being Fit Is Now As Convenient As Being Fat! (Watch Out McDonalds)

As I am prone to do from time to time, I do like to write articles that feature companies or products I love. There is no rhyme or reason to who or what I write about. If it is having a positive impact in my life or the life of my family, I'm probably going to write about it. I wish more people would do this. It's good for society and the economy. Spread the love friends. :-)

This brings me to a company you may have never heard of, but mark my words- you WILL. (You can thank me later.) The company is Rain International. They are based out of Utah, but have representation in 45 countries. Their products are game changers for those who seek to be healthier, but find that unhealthy food is so much more convenient. Full disclosure- my family has been using their products for a LONG TIME prior to my decision to write this article. So while I haven't used ALL of their products, I do have some specific favorites. (Named below)

"This company causes McDonald's many sleepless nights!"

The fast food industry has always known their competitive advantage is limited to convenience, price and portability. Inside the corporate headquarters of all major fast food chains, they have known for decades that someday, nutrition would become portable and affordable to the masses. It has always been the day the junk food giants have feared. That day is here.

Rain International has a couple of products called "Soul" and Soul Red" which pack the nutritional value of 8 servings of fruits and vegetables, all in a slim, attractive, portable pouch that costs pennies a serving. (See the image above of my daughter holding her favorite Rain product- Soul Red) These little pouches they serve their products on are literally more portable than fast food!

"Less calories than the real thing!"

I'm into these for the portability, taste and low price, but my wife and daughter love that these pouches have such low caloric counts. Only 30 calories- a fraction of the calorie count of 8 servings of fruits and veggies. All of the good, none of the bad!

"Lets be honest-most of us are fat."

I won't stuff this article with a boatload of boring statistics, as I assume you have a good grasp on the reality of our society when it comes to obesity, disease and all of the side effects that come from being fat. (Most of us are, after-all, fat.) Don't we all agree that a significant reason we are eating so unhealthy is convenience and portability?

You can't drive and eat a salad. You can't take 8 servings of fruits and veggies to work each day, nor can you put all of that in your kid's lunchbox. If you could, I wonder how many of us would be healthier? How many of our kids would be closer to their ideal body weight? A lot of us, I'm sure. THAT is why my family is in LOVE with this company and their products.

As promised above- the products my family love from this company are as follows:

Me: Bryt. This is the most amazing product for giving me incredible focus while working. Everybody should take this daily. It has doubled my productivity.

My wife: Bend. She loves Bend because it is an anti-inflammatory that has allowed her to get back on the ski slopes after her knee surgery. if inflammation is your challenge- my wife would scream "Take Bend!"

My 10 Yr Old Son: He loves Soul because he gets to eat healthier at school without taking a bag full of veggies with him. :-)

My daughter: Soul Red, as mentioned above. She is super consistent at working out and loves to have Soul Red after every workout as a way to refuel quickly with the nutrition needed to sustain her level of fitness.
