As Monsoons recede and pave way for the shining sun, we welcome the October Sun known to renew the soil's strength.
Our team has been working hard on solving space related issues for smaller buildings. Retrofitting a composting solution that can give steady fast good quality compost from kitchen waste. We launched our Box Composter at Karan Celestia early September. We've been watching the results and the process closely - and pleased to say that the pilot has been met with success. This 88 flat society benefits from our professional approach to waste management. While the Earth is relishing its diversity, we are fortunate that we also are adding to the bounty of compost to its soil. Many of our societies see harvesting - all ready to add the nutrition in their individual and community gardens. Did you know? ProEarth is a carbon neutral green services organisation. We sequester over 3,500 MT of CO2 annually through our composting efforts.
Quite often, the focus on composting has been on technologies - processes. But we take pride in sharing that Composting happens thanks to the people who take the effort. People who decide to compost first in their societies. People who offer the service day after day - here's where we able to create green dignified jobs. September also marked us attending TechCamp organised by @US Consulate Mumbai, Symbiosis Centre for Waste Resource Management ExploreiT and The Climate Reality Project - India & South AsiaThe topic of the TechCamp was "Re-designing Sustainable Urban Waste Management" a subject close to our hearts.
The TechCamp was inspirational! 4 days of intense engagement, networking, sharing and learning with 45 experts in solid and liquid waste management from Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad and other parts of India and the world.The event was rounded of well with cultural events, nature walks, yoga and great hospitality from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.
