I always did my best to fit in early in my career. Was afraid to stand out and show what I really could do. Quick to agree with everyone even if I didn't believe that the solution was the right one.

It's okay to be different and not have the same thoughts as everyone else. It just means that you see something that no one else can see. Don't be afraid to give your opinion because you may have the idea that changes everything for your team or business. It's up to you to paint the picture of why your idea may be great.

It's just like this pink Lamborghini in the picture. I'm sure most of the people in the room never thought a hot pink car could be sold. It probably took multiple meetings to convince the person with the ultimate decision it was a good idea. So if you truly believe in an idea give it everything that you have and support it. Over time others will begin to see what you see.
