Being Crazy. Owning It.

Being Crazy. Owning It.

Attention ??

All you risk takers, rule-breakers, rebels, entrepreneurs, artists and innovators, misfits and troublemakers, free spirits, pioneers, visionaries and non-conformists … aka crazy ?

You don’t have to be ashamed, embarrassed or feeling guilty about it.

In a world full of people doing their best to fit in, you don’t- and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Everything the establishment has told you is wrong with you – is actually right with you.

You see things others don’t. You seem to be hardwired to change the world. You know in your heart, you are a rebel with a good cause. You sense it in your very being. You can't tell why or how you arrived at the right answer. You just know it in your core. While others are blind to it, and society begs you to ignore it, "Being Crazy" stirs you inside.

As the legendary Steve Jobs says “Those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world usually do.”

But if you don’t own your uniqueness- or shy away or hide from it - people who prefer the ordinary will often find ways to label you because of it.

You have strengths dangerous to the establishment - and it wants them eliminated, so your whole life you've been told your strengths were weaknesses – Take an example of our great Greta Thunberg.

Greta’s strengths and boldness are dangerous to the establishment, politicians and all those who resist change – and at best it wants them eliminated (spraying pepper into the children’s face who speak up for their future)...

The things that make you unique, even if they seem to be weird- can be a source of great personal satisfaction and immense service to others – but only if you radically accept them.

A mentor, Jesse Elder, once said this and it stuck with me: "When YOU are being the YOU, YOU feel YOU should be" as a source of power instead of weakness, your whole world can change.

Perhaps another notion for crazy is leaving a dent in the universe. And the world is drawn to crazy things made by crazy people.

Many people use the notion “crazy” as if it is a bad thing, but it’s really not. Look around the majority of people nine out of ten spend their entire life making sure they do fit in - but there is nothing remarkable about conforming to a crowd.

So, how do we know you are CRAZY?

The following qualities seem to fit the temperament of crazy. See if you recognize them:

? Impulsive

? Irrepressible (or not having much repression.)

? Energetic

? Non-conformist

? Intuitive

? Inqusitive

? Distractible

? Insightful

? Sensation-seeking

? Short attention span

? Charismatic

? Thrill-seeking

? Ambitious

? Inquisitive

? Fearless

? Lateral or divergent thinker

? Metaphorical thinker

? Creative

? “Big Picture” oriented

? Hyperfocused and obsessed at times

? “Lazy” at other times

? Runs hot and cold

? Fiery

? Impetuous

Hope this helps you.

To be more crazy. To be free.

To be the source of the greatest strengths & weaknesses, giving you the miraculous fuel to transform the world and bring hope to many.

Onwards ??,
