Being convinced by others may not always work.
Today some people believe in the trend of convincing people by using success, title, status, income or predictions because most people are fascinated by the outside results, how a person sounds, looks and talks - instead of the process.
People don't want to be sold but rather be told the truth while watching your example of the truth. Most people will agree with others who are doing what they preach. Not selling what they preach. You can either look the part , sound the part or be the part.
When you lead your people or an audience from the front with the right attitude , approach and actions it helps you get results, retain your creditability and reputation. Your human connection is more authentic and trust is solid.
Convincing people to believe in something can be a difficult task, and there are times when it can even be harmful. When we spend our energy trying to convince others, we are often forcing our ideas and beliefs onto them, which can lead to conflicts and misunderstandings.
Here are a few reasons why convincing people is not always a good practice:

1. It can create conflict
2. It can be manipulative
3. It can limit creativity
4. It may not be necessary
It is key that you stay the course of doing what is right not what works. While it’s important to share our thoughts and ideas with others, it’s equally important to ensure that we are not crossing any boundaries or causing conflict. We should approach conversations with an open mind and a willingness to listen and learn from others.
