Can we all agree on something?

If you’re not consistent, you won’t lose weight and you certainly won’t be able to keep it off.

We know this, yet we still struggle.

Why?

I’ll tell you why: because we think berating ourselves into compliance is the only way to be more consistent.

The thing is, you actually don’t have to be an a**hole to yourself when you lack consistency or “fall of the wagon” as some like to call it.
