Being in Business is like being on a treadmill

The way I see #business, is like a man who walks on a treadmill; he technically keeps moving forward just to stay where he is and once he stops repeating what he is doing, he immediately goes backwards and falls down.

Likewise, #organizations must keep moving in improving the way they do business, in order to save their position and #market-share. Otherwise, they get out of the game. While if their leadership decided to go further, much effort will be needed, and more #resources to be utilized; whilst involving #creativity and #innovation.
