Welcome to the "Stop Being A Weenie" Newsletter, where I will call you a weenie, to your face, every single week. I'll also offer some simple wisdom about how you can put on your Brave-Ass-Pants, and do things that matter. Cause... it not nice to just call people weenies without giving them a solution!
Today we're going to start with a harsh truth- how you do one thing, is how you do everything.
If you suck at managing your personal finances- they're not going to be any better in your business.
If you're a wimp about asking people to be your clients, then you're also probably a wimp about asking people to be your friend, significant other, or dance partner.
And if you set BIG HUGE fitness goals for yourself, with complicated action plans, and strict schedules... and then fail to see them through... I guarantee that you do the same in your business.
Stop doing that. Only weenies do that.
And when I say stop doing that, I don't mean everywhere. We all know that habit changes are hard enough when it's about something small and insignificant... This isn't that.
But stop doing things this way, in just ONE area of your life.

If you're crap with money everywhere, then just pick one bank account that you'll check daily, just to have gratitude for what's there.
If you suck at delegating tasks in your business, then start asking your spouse, kids, roommates, or friends, to do small things for you. (and show gratitude because no one wants to hang out with THAT jerk...)
And STOP playing the all or nothing game, in just one area of your life. So what you couldn't get into the gym for an hour long stairmaster session- you got out for a 10 minute walk and THAT COUNTS TOO.
See? Getting called a weenie wasn't so bad!
