Being An Achiever

If you look at the dictionary you will see the following definition, "a person who achieves a high or specified level of success." Well, how possible is this definition in the business world?
We have job descriptions of our positions and we're all trying to fullfill all these tasks in order to be successful. We go to work on time, sort the things we will do, make a tick for every job we do on the check list, look at our e-mails while we eat and sometimes we don't even take a brake but at the end of the day we return home tired and unsatisfied. Maybe we need a vacation or we expect a congratulation for all our busy pace. We're making a mistake somewhere or miss something.
"Successful people do what unsuccessfull people are not willing to do." Says Jim Rohn, an American entrepreneur. I agree with this sentence, that's exactly what me missed.
There are billions of people in the business world and eveyone is doing their part but not everyone is successfull. To be successfull, it's necessary to make a difference. If there is a problem in our work environment, we should look for the solution. We should be innovative, follow all the developments in our field and adapt them to ourselves. Instead of just doing the given tasks, we should make them more useful. We should produce projects and look for ways to benefit more. Instead of trying to sell a product more, the moment you think about how you can sell more, you start to make a difference.
Think and act. If you do that, you start feeling success, go home as an achiever and enjoy your satisfaction.
