Behind the work scenes

If you don’t cry, don’t read this post.

Almost every day I speak with someone who cries. Every single day there are millions of people who fall into tears for personal reasons: Losing a loved one, losing a job, kidnapped family member, pain of a critical illness, financial debts, lack of education, hating the crisis, betrayals, theft, bombing, lack of appreciation, lack of love, bullying, sexual or verbal harassment, bad childhood, loneliness, lack of motivation, hate my job, meaningless life, and the list doesn’t end…”Be strong” is a common bullshit you hear. “That’s life” is another fake answer. “My pain is bigger than yours” must shut up now… Motivating people when they are in pain only irritates them. 3 lessons I learned could be useful from those who are crying now:

1. There are no shortcuts. I am sorry for your pain but you really have to deal with it…

2. Search for the “wheel of life” and try to learn how to diversify your life into different aspects. You will never be balanced, but you can satisfy each area of your life by giving it some attention.

3. Ask for professional help. Friends are great but a good expert in the field of your pain can help you deal with it scientifically…

The last tip is a bonus: be closer to God, pray, cry…but pray…even if you don’t know how…pray…ask Him for signs, talk to Him, challenge Him, listen to Him and you shall be surprised by how great is His help and His support. No, God doesn’t work in mysterious ways; he works in confidential and intimate ways…and sometimes in funny ways to make you smile. His right time is different than yours; keep the trust, keep praying and always remember that it’s ok to cry. It’s ok to be in pain. Be yourself and be genuine…you are the Son/Daughter of God and that is a privilege that you will realize one day.

Have a blessed pain!

Disclaimer: this article might have apparently nothing to do with work posts and productivity, but this is happening every day and every night in the life of many people you work with. Have empathy, know how to deal and communicate with people, because you don't know what each person is going through.

the storm won’t last forever , sunshine will rise again, each one of us cry but don’t show , crying is not being weak it is a way heart can’t handle anymore , this year i cried a lot , don’t know what is going on around me .. weakness inside of us sometimes but to comeback stronger than before , faith and praying to god is best thing we can do..
