BEHIND THE VEIL with Farrah - Showroom Manager

1. Tell us a brief summary of your career journey with GRACE so far!

I have started my journey with GRACE in 2021 and I am very proud to be the opening showroom manager in our first Canadian location and being part of all the special moments.

2. Tell us more about your role and what you do.

As a showroom manager I get to lead and inspire a team of thriving boss women who truly know how to make someone feel special. I get to see beautiful brides who travelled provinces (sometimes countries) to visit our beautiful showroom. I get to be part of the brides most important decision while they are surrounded by the people they love the most. I get to witness so much joy and love everyday!

3. If you could describe yourself in 3 words or less, what would they be??

Authentic, Caring and Determined.

4. What do you love about working at GRACE?

I love a lot of factors, including the transparency the company provides, I love the company values and how they are reflected, the way your voice is heard and of course my top two being the inspiring amazing group of women I get to work with everyday and the special memories we get to share with our beautiful brides, I love hearing all the LOVE STORIES!

5. Tell us about your favourite memory at GRACE.

This is a hard one, I have so many favourite memories. One of them is seeing the Showroom under-construction and walking in after it was finished, it is so beautifully done. Our Coco Loco PR event, travelling and getting to meet all the managers at the managers conference and and creating a board in our back office of all our fun memories and capturing all the genuine memories with my team that embody our Grace Values.

6. What inspires you about coming to work at GRACE?

What inspires me to come to work is simply what I do everyday. I enjoy working and developing a team of BOSS women and I also enjoy being part of such special moments with our brides - the hugs and love we receive from them is so beautiful!

7. What is your favourite GRACE value and why?

Authentic - Being Authentic to me is being true to yourself, it's being proactive and sincere towards people and towards ones own actions.

8. Which GRACE gown is your favourite?

LENA! - She is such a DREAM and Goldie comes right after her.

9. What virtues do you admire most in the people you work with?

I admire so much about the people I work with. However it is truly admiring seeing how PASSIONATE the GLL Familia is.

10. What is something you are passionate about, either in your career or outside of it??

I love making social content and I also love muay thai!

11. How do you unwind after work?

Spending quality time with my partner and family.
