My name is Courtney, I started my journey with GRACE in August of 2021. So far, I have been able to meet the most wonderful people that are on fire for our brand and truly strive to embody each value GRACE stands for! Grace Loves Lace has given me the opportunity to do what I love professionally, learn from amazing leaders in and out of my industry, and challenge me to strive and reach for my goals!??

What's one thing most people don't know about you?

In my high school, there is a particular basketball foul named after me!??

Tell us about your favourite memory at GRACE

I have never been surprised for my birthday and only two months into my role, a group of GRACE team members created a little surprise party for me! That is a moment I will never forget and truly felt so cared for by the GRACE team!??

What inspires you about coming to work at GLL?

It is truly inspiring to be a part of a brand that holds tight to their values, and ethics and empowers their team members daily. I have always dreamed of working for a company that shares similar values to mine. To come to GRACE and be blown away by what they do daily, just inspires me to continue to be a part of the Grace journey.??

What is your favourite thing about working in your Showroom/Office location?

Being able to work alongside other departments and brainstorm together and build an interoffice bond is a great privilege to me.??

What is your favourite GLL gown?

SONG with the Pearly Long Veil!??

Do you have any advice for Brides to be?

On your wedding day, take your partner and go enjoy ten minutes alone to soak in the day and focus on the love you share with one another! Lastly, never stop falling in love with each other!??

What's one thing that surprised you about working at GRACE?

How many countries we have #GRACEBrides in! We deliver our gowns to OVER 80 countries a year!!!??

What do you consider your secret weapon at work?

My passion for People and Culture! I truly love the field I work in, and it pushes me to better myself so that I can be the best support possible for our GRACE team!??

As a stylist, what is your top trick to make a sale?

I am not a stylist but when I am in the showrooms I would say really listening to and understanding the bride's vision. Once you have created the level of bond with the bride, the right dress will speak through when it is put on!??

What virtues do you admire most in the people you work with?

Kindness, helpfulness, and integrity.?

How do you unwind after work?

Spin class, catching dinner with friends, and curling up to watch a movie or tv series for a quiet night in!??

What fashion trend do you hope one day makes a comeback?

Adult overall shorts!??

What's your favourite holiday destination?

Cancun, Mexico and may I say a great honeymoon destination.?
