Elsa: My name is Elsa Oommen, and I currently have the privilege of serving as the Housekeeping Manager at Champneys Tring. In this role, I lead a dedicated team to ensure that every corner of our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. My responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, training staff and implementing rigorous quality control measures to maintain our esteemed reputation.
Q: How long have you been at Champneys, and what has your journey here been like?
Elsa: I have been with Champneys since August 2022 and my journey here has been nothing short of inspiring. From day one, I was embraced by a supportive and dynamic environment. Working alongside a team that is committed to excellence has been both a challenging and rewarding experience, allowing me to grow professionally and personally.
Q: What’s the most rewarding part of your role?
Elsa: The most rewarding aspect of my role is witnessing the positive impact our work has on our guests. Knowing that our efforts contribute to their relaxation and overall experience is incredibly fulfilling. Additionally, seeing my team members develop and excel in their roles brings me immense pride and satisfaction.
