Behind the scenes of one of our investments

One of the worst things an investor can do is invest without knowing the facts.

This is why we share every bit of information about our group deals as we can. Not just the facts and figures either, nothing beats hitting the ground and seeing things with your own eyes.

I recently took a group of investors on a tour of a new deal. So instead of having to believe what I tell them, they could see it for themselves. They could see the workmanship and quality of the builders and developer. We also drive around the neighbourhood could see all the amenities that were in place or coming. They could walk the streets and get a feel for whether it’s somewhere people want to live. The way I see it you should be able to touch your investment and walk around it.

While we were in Richlands, I shot some footage so you can see exactly what I mean about the quality, proximity and the types of investment properties.
