For most businesses, the biggest leak in revenue isn’t lead generation — it’s follow-ups.


Leads come in, but without consistent nurturing, they fall through the cracks. Sales teams don’t always follow up consistently, and potential buyers lose interest before they’re ready to make a decision.


I’ve seen this problem over and over again, and I’ve always dreamed of solving it.

The system currently includes seven core sequences, each with 5-7 emails that are generated automatically:

To onboard new leads and set the right expectations.

3. Educational Email Sequence

To deliver value and build authority over time.

4. Follow-Up Sequence

For leads who didn’t take action after the initial touchpoint.

To revive cold leads and encourage them to take action.

6. Welcome Buyer Sequence

To onboard new clients after a purchase.

7. Upsell Sequence

To offer additional products, request referrals, and increase lifetime value.


Roadblocks and Lessons Learned


It hasn’t been without its challenges.


The biggest hurdle was getting the prompts right to generate emails that feel human and contextually relevant.


I also ran into design issues. Initially, the emails looked basic. After some tweaking, I started using HTML output to improve the formatting and make them look more polished.


Once I overcame these challenges, the system became incredibly efficient.


What used to take me three months to write and implement, I can now achieve in under a minute.


Initial Results


The system is still in the testing phase, but here’s what I’ve seen so far:

? The emails read well. There’s no sign they were created by AI.

? Open rates are solid, even though I’m testing it with a small segment of my list.

? The process is simple and efficient, which is exactly what I was aiming for.


I’ve taken something that used to take months of manual effort and turned it into an automated, repeatable process that happens in seconds.


Future Plans


While the system currently focuses on email and SMS, I have plans to expand its capabilities:

? AI Voice for inbound calls

? Initiating outbound calls using third-party platforms (currently not possible in GHL)

? Advanced lead scoring based on engagement and behavior

? Sentiment analysis to better understand the tone and urgency of each interaction


There’s still a lot of potential to unlock. But for now, I’m focused on refining what works today.


I’m still working out some issues and tweaking the system to improve it.
