Bragging about one's Excel skills is a white lie of many people handing out their CVs and going into a job interview. Yet, when we peek at your team’s monitors, we always see a lot of sheets and tables. What are PCD’s special skills and knowledge?

Of course, not only Excel skills are enough, but you also need a specific level of knowledge of German, because our tickets and meetings with colleagues from Switzerland and Germany are in German. PCD Managers have recently been going through an important period of transition from one work system (mostly tickets) to a different work system (namely automation; mapping). It is possible that in the future we will have such experience again, so a PCD Manager needs to be flexible, be ready for changes in work, processes, adopt new knowledge, and be ready to transfer that knowledge to his colleagues. I would add that time management is one of the most important "tasks" that a PCD Manager should pay attention to. Priority tasks should always be done first, and then everything else.

Almost everything for almost everyone indicates how flexible an e-commerce company is: for consumers, its partners, and for its employees. The success of any cooperation and business is a wide angle of view on almost all things and phenomena, readiness for change, and adaptation. And after that, everyone is satisfied. ??

Could you describe your perfect workplace and how did you and your team adapt to the remote, later hybrid, or total home office work?

My perfect place is right now. Flexible working hours, the ability to do my job wherever I want. The opportunity to work at home, from the office, while drinking coffee in my favorite cafe or somewhere in nature are, in my opinion, one of the benefits of this job. By the way, I am very flexible; I can also work in the garage and do that job perfectly. ??

Of course, it took time to adjust to the home office, primarily because of the concentration. We got used to it very quickly, and I can say that my team is one of the strongest in the city.

What advice would you give to your younger colleagues?

Be ready for change, for learning, in the beginning, you will get a lot of information, but nothing is a Boogieman, all this is learned, and continue to nurture our EKIPA values.

Finally, if you had the chance to join our heroes, what hero would you be and whom would you collaborate with most?

If we think of DG heroes, maybe I would be another Dusko Djukic, and I would cooperate with him. I think he is very witty, smart, sociable and a great colleague.
