Behind the Curtain

I rarely contribute in this manner, however today is different. Tomorrow is something none of us are promised. We push through each hour, day, week, month or year with our eyes on the prize ahead of us. We engage with those around us most often only in the moment, gossiping, laughing, teasing etc. and then we return to the grind. I was reminded today to consider what is behind the curtain. We all know what is behind our personal curtains, and we gossip, speculate, and try to see behind other peoples curtains. I submit to you, you will never see more than they allow you. Knowing that, Be Kind, Be Honorable, be Just, and be Truthful. There is no need to peek, or to know There is only a need to be kind, and sincere in your words and your actions. There may come a time when the curtain is pulled back and you realize that someone was suffering and you could have made a difference. I know its hard, it really is. Keep in mind we are all still people, easily broken on the inside without showing what is on the outside. Consider always what may be hidden Behind the Curtain, and be kind.
