The penultimate goal is to ensure we are not ‘as good as our sales pitch’, but can provide real added value across all works we undertake for our clients. Maintaining our vast array of accreditations is testament to the standards of practices upheld.

Dialogue has played a huge role in the diversification of the business and indeed enabled exemplar engagement, in which all staff members are both heard and valued. Hearing ideas differing from the usual perspectives has embarked us on a continued journey of continued organic growth. Looking at challenges through different eyes and pulling away from a typical hierarchical structure allowing for an ‘on the ground’ approach is now a fundamental method of our undertakings.

This collaborative approach has been instrumental in the delivery of major nationwide projects, and Servo Group have instilled the benefits of this so much so that additional training has been provided for staff to feel proficient when bringing forward new ideas and speaking up in meetings.

Various resources have been made available for staff to complete and add to our internal matrix, with ‘round table’ training available in line with any company, policy or industry changes as so all are kept abreast of developments.
