In 2014, my aunt Lise Tremblay, who is now 55 years old, was diagnosed with a brain tumour known as Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) Stage IV, the most aggressive and fast-growing type of brain cancer. She underwent brain surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. Through this difficult time she remained positive and stayed brave. 

She was doing well until November 2015 when 3 tumour recurrences were discovered. She was told it wasn't operable this time... Moreover, the conventional treatments currently available for this type of cancer in Canada are not at all encouraging. After numerous researches, we came upon a promising immunotherapy treatment with dendritic cells for GBM in Germany conducted by a private clinic. Yet, the treatment is very expensive.

Taking into consideration the urgency of the situation, funds are required so that Lise may start the treatment as soon as possible. Indeed, time is passing and every day that goes by is a risk for the cancer to continue spreading. We do not have any other options than asking for your generosity, kindness and much needed prayers.
