#stervosharing #Beginning - best day!! How are you doing? Hoped you had a great & busy or relaxing weekend... :) for me, i am definitely looking forward to another awesome week ahead. :) and today's sharing definitely forms a great approach to live our life this week...
While the sharing is about beginning a new chapter in life, i would like to approach it from another perspective as it takes lots of courage, determination and willingness to let go and move on in life ...... :)
Personally, Whether good or bad things that happen in our live is based on our personal perception and how we view our world,. :) which means, we will always experience the pleasure and pain during the course of our life. How we respond or react to the stimulus is based on our past experience or knowledge we acquired during our journey in life... :) sounda bit deep for monday morning, do apologize for it......... :p
Seriously, just ponder on this.,..... what do we usually do when 'bad' things happen to us? we usually try to ask our friends/families for advice (whom may or may not be the subject matter expert), or we will try and sort it out ourselves through our personal reasoning and logic. What we are trying to do is to clear or resolve the 'bad' thing that is happening as it is causing us - PAIN
Some of us will take the extreme measures by "closing the book" which means to end the issue in the most abrupt manner.... However, most of the time, by closing the book abruptly doesnt solve any issues, you just leave the issue at one side of the side road and hopefully not to pick the book up again to continue... this is a very cowadice and evasive approach to life.
A more reasonable manner or approach is to learn to appreciate the 'bad' things and face the consequences. It is always easier said than done. Thats why we must learn to write a new chapter. Writing a new chapter doesnt mean giving up. It means we are aware of the issue but looking at how to resolve it from a fresh page and approach. Once we acquired and learned this life skill to Embrace Pain, Recognize the cause and finally have the Courage to face the adversity. Then our beginning of each new chapters and pages in book of our life will definitely be more colourful and adventurous:)......
