The beginning of something new
No age is the right age to be a woman leader. You're always judged to be too young or too old. Not enough experience or too much experience. Too soft or too firm.
Women encounter a lot of bias in the workplace. When English isn't your native language, you have an even bigger challenge ahead of you.
Do any of these sound familiar?
1. ??You've got big bold career plans and feel like your English is limiting your opportunities.
2. ?? You struggle to build credibility. You've got all the brains and experience and yet your worth is constantly questioned by your peers. Your ideas are rejected and your opinions dismissed.
3. ??You're on mute. You hesitate before speaking up at meetings because no one seems to listen and you worry about the quality of your English (and your lovely accent).
4. ??Your confidence is shrinking. You've forgotten what makes you unique and what you offer your company and present role.
5. ??You know you aren't living up to your potential. You're feeling alone and lacking the support you need to get unstuck.
So, what's the solution to your English woes?
More grammar? Nope.
