Although we have talked about storms in previous articles, today we will approach it in a different way.
?If you are visiting this ‘column” for the first time, the storms we have talked about before are the ones we all know as problems! Especially big problems.
?With that clarification, let me continue.
?Problems are here to stay and is up to us how we deal with them.
?As we all know, a hurricane is a very strong storm (severe tropical storm) with a very particular characteristic, circular winds. the faster these winds the stronger the storm.
?The circular movement of the winds creates an “eye” in the center where interestingly enough the winds in this area are completely normal and almost calm.
?The larger the problem the stronger the impact -emotional and physical. This is where the analogy can be of use for you.
?
The stronger the problem the larger your center of calm need to be.
Think about it, when facing a problem look for those thoughts and actions that help you to go your center remain calm, you will make better decisions.
?Think about it!
